Peterbilt Motors Reviews Rush Enterprises' Proposed Acquisition

DENTON, Texas--Sept. 16, 2004--Rush Enterprises, Inc. press announcement today regarding the proposed acquisition of Peterbilt truck dealer American Truck Source indicated that the transaction was subject to several conditions, including approval by Peterbilt Motors Company.
