When:   Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004
        School begins with a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m.
        Morning sessions run from 9 a.m. to Noon
        Afternoon sessions run from 12:45 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Where:  Birmingham Public Schools Corporate Training and
        Conference Center

        Beverly Hills, MI 48025
        (Located on the west side of Evergreen Road, north of 13 Mile)

Why:    To give you a unique opportunity to learn about the latest
        trends and technologies impacting automotive electronics.

How:    The EU curriculum will be broken up into two sessions:

        The morning sessions will cover the basics including a review
        of the automotive electronics industry over the past year,
        discussion of current events and activities from a supplier
        point of view, future trends and the evolution of the
        automotive electronics business environment.

        The advanced afternoon sessions will focus on new technologies
        extending the life of the gasoline engine, advancing driver
        safety systems and improving automotive lighting.

Working media are welcomed to attend any or all of the hour-long sessions.
