AutoZone to Release Fourth Quarter Earnings on September 21

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Sept. 14 -- AutoZone, Inc. , the nation's leading auto parts retailer, will release results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended August 28, 2004, after the market closes on Tuesday, September 21, 2004. Additionally, the Company will host a one hour conference call on Tuesday, September 21, 2004, beginning at 5:00 p.m. (EDT), to discuss the results of the quarter.
