Suzuki Canada Licenses Chrome's PC Carbook for Dealer Training

PORTLAND, Ore.--Sept. 13, 2004--Chrome Systems Corporation, provider of automotive data, configuration technology and commerce solutions announced Suzuki Canada has licensed multiple copies of PC Carbook(R), Chrome's well known vehicle configuration, comparison and pricing tool to be used by Suzuki field representatives to assist in dealer product knowledge training programs and competitive comparisons.

The desktop tool can be used to specify and price vehicles and conduct in-depth competitive comparisons on up to five vehicles, quickly and accurately. District Sales Managers can use the tool to help individual dealerships improve showroom efforts and results by arming their salespeople with information on the strengths and weaknesses of their products as well as their competitors. The information can be used in product guides or printed as a reference in sales training sessions and evidence manuals. Additionally, PC Carbook's flexibility enables trainers or dealers to pull specific vehicle information pertinent to their needs or market situation and to provide assistance in regional marketing activities.

PC Carbook is relied on today by thousands of auto dealers, financial institutions and fleet administrators to spec and price vehicles for ordering or financing. It gives dealers and loan officers instant access to complete pricing and technical information on all makes and models, helping users become instant product experts.
