Unlimited Coatings Corporation and Global Automotive Holdings, LLC Cancel Previously Announced Letter Of Intent

KEMAH, Texas--Sept. 8, 2004--Unlimited Coatings Corporation (Pink Sheets:UCCD) today announced that the transaction described in a previous press release dated Aug. 3, 20041, 2004 between UCCD and Global Automotive Holdings, LLC (GAH) will not take place at this time.

UCCD required Sellers to deliver to UCCD certain financial disclosures and other due diligence, which were not received by UCCD. Although Sellers were paid and accepted a fee for an agreed upon extension of closing, to date, Sellers have failed to extend the closing date and demanded the proposed transaction become null and void. As a result of the above, UCCD is considering any and all potential remedies available to it under its agreements with Seller.
