Amerityre to Make ITEC 2004 Presentation

BOULDER CITY, Nev., Sept. 2 -- Amerityre (BULLETIN BOARD: AMTY) announced today that Richard A. Steinke and Elliott N. Taylor, its President and Executive Vice President, respectively, will be attending ITEC 2004 in Akron, Ohio, September 21-23, 2004. This three day conference is attended by industry professionals worldwide and is advertised as a superbly balanced tire industry meeting with experts giving original presentations on practical application-oriented subjects that touch most areas of the tire manufacturing business. Attendees will experience "state-of-the-art" tire technology, manufacturing and business presentations, 80+ technical papers, over 100 international exhibits, as well as interactive plenary and concurrent sessions of technical papers.

Rick Vannan, former director of Advanced Product and Process Technology for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, will be presenting, on behalf of Amerityre, a technical paper entitled "The Revolutionary Use of Polyurethane and Reinforcement Materials in the Manufacturing of Car Tires."

Amerityre's presentation will preview key performance data obtained during FMVSS 109 testing of the prototype "Arcus" passenger car tires. In addition, the presentation will highlight many of the potential benefits that can be derived from manufacturing tires using Amerityre's proprietary compounds and "liquid phase" manufacturing process, such as: (1) the tires will be produced round to the exact dimensions of the tire mold; (2) the tread will not separate from the tire; (3) the tires run significantly cooler than rubber tires; (5) the tires have better abrasion resistance than rubber tires; and (6) the tires have a lower rolling resistance than rubber tires.

Following the presentation, the complete technical paper will be posted to Amerityre's website at www.amerityre.com.
