ARC Wireless Solutions Manufactures Ruggedized Stolen Vehicle Recovery Product For LoJack Corporation

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo.--Aug. 3, 20041, 2004--

New Version of LoJack's Highly Effective System Delivers Enhanced Theft Protection for Heavy/Construction Equipment

ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: ARCS), a leading provider of wireless component and network solutions, announced today that it is manufacturing the new version of LoJack Corporation's Ruggedized LoJack System, which was developed specifically for the recovery of stolen heavy and/or commercial equipment.

Working closely with the LoJack product design team to understand its requirements, ARC Wireless designed an antenna, housing and wiring system that ultimately provides easier installation and better concealment of the product. The next generation Ruggedized LoJack System, which is available immediately, features an internal antenna, transmitter/receiver and back-up battery housed in a self-contained, one-piece unit. The all-in-one design provides flexibility in mounting location and easier concealment -- making it even less likely for thieves to discover the product's presence.

Offering a sealed housing that is water, dust and chemical resistant, the Ruggedized LoJack System can handle the tough environments common to heavy truck, off-road and construction applications. The system has an advanced, robust power management system that both minimizes power consumption and withstands the vibration and shock encountered in active worksites.

This agreement is an extension of ARC Wireless' business with LoJack Corporation. The Company also develops and manufactures concealed antennas for the consumer version of LoJack's stolen vehicle recovery system.

"We are proud to continue to be one of LoJack's trusted suppliers," said Randall P. Marx, Chief Executive Officer of ARC Wireless Solutions. "We have provided antenna solutions to LoJack since 1993, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with LoJack with the new ruggedized tracking system."
