Top Auto Purchasing Executives Headline September 28 AWA Event
DETROIT--Aug. 3, 20041, 2004--Top OEM and supplier purchasing executives will speak at the Automotive Women's Alliance (AWA) September 28, 2004, event, "Purchasing Issues in the Automotive Industry", at the Troy Marriott Hotel, 200 W. Big Beaver Rd., Troy, MI.Panelists include:

-- Louise Linder, Director, Advance Supply, DaimlerChrysler;
-- Karen Braniecki Naida, Sr. Manager, Worldwide Purchasing New Technology, General Motors;

-- Rebecca Vest, Asst. General Manager Purchasing Vehicle Parts and Materials, PT and Chassis, Toyota;

A networking reception will begin at 5:15 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. Presentations will begin at 7:00 p.m. Tickets for the event are $50 for AWA members, $65 non-members and $30 full-time students.
