WHAT:      Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) hosts Auto-Tech 
           2004--an annual conference and exposition for automotive 
           executives and managers from OEMs and suppliers who wish to
           streamline business processes and manage globalization.

WHO:       Speakers will include: GM Chairman and CEO Rick Wagoner; 
           Ford President Nick Scheele; Chrysler Group CEO and 
           President Dieter Zetsche; Ford COO and Chairman Global 
           Operations Jim Padilla; Chrysler Executive Vice President

           President Global Purchasing Tony Brown; and GM Vice

           more than 4,000 automotive and technology executives.
