Timken to Increase Seamless Tubing Prices

CANTON, Ohio, Aug. 27, 2004 -- The Timken Corporation today announces a 7 percent price increase on mill shipments of seamless tubular steel products effective with orders placed on September 1, 2004 and later. Raw material surcharges will remain in effect.
