Armor Enterprises, Inc. In Final Negotiations to Provide Electric Powered Vehicles To The Hawaiian Islands

SOLANA BEACH, CA, Aug. 27, 2004 Armor Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to announce that one of the Strategic Partners of Armor are in final negotiations with a company in Hawaii for the 'exclusive dealership rights' to provide electric powered vehicles, wind powered electric generation systems and electric powered water craft for all of the islands of Hawaii. This company has direct connections to the Tour Ship and Tourist industry in Hawaii and will be providing electric powered rental vehicles and watercraft to the large Tour Ship market in Hawaii. Customers arriving on these ships will be able to rent these vehicles at the ports on land or be able to transport them on the Tour Ships to other islands for their enjoyment in more secluded areas of the islands. The potential of this contract could provide Armor Enterprises, Inc. up to $8 Million Dollars in gross revenue.
