Acquisition Adds Significant Revenue to Company Already Well Above $1 billion. Annual Sales Volume Now Exceed 34,000 Units

FreedomRoads, LLC., the nation's largest recreational vehicle retailer, today announced the acquisition of K&C RV. The acquisition establishes FreedomRoads in another strong and growing RV market.

Founded in 1973 by Ken and Connie Williamson in Longmont, K&C has since expanded into Colorado Springs and Golden making them the largest RV dealership in the state and dominant in motorized RV's. The Williamsons will be succeeded by FreedomRoads Colorado Group General Manager Randy Mauzy.
