RWD Technologies Promotes Keith S. Dalton to Vice President, Sales and Marketing

BALTIMORE--Aug. 2, 20045, 2004--RWD Technologies, Inc., a company that provides software, systems integration, and outsourcing services to improve training and organizational performance across the enterprise, announced that it has promoted Keith S. Dalton to the new position of vice president, sales and marketing. In this position, Dalton will be responsible for the global sales and marketing strategy for RWD's ERP end-user training solutions and IT consulting services.

Since joining RWD in 2000 as sales director, Dalton has succeeded in acquiring multiple clients that include Fortune 500 companies in the SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft enterprise resource planning markets. Dalton has also played a critical role in organizing and energizing the Enterprise Systems sales force.

Dalton has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience. While with Opal, Dalton was chosen as a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
