Ramtron to Present High-Performance Nonvolatile FRAM Products To Automotive Industry at Convergence 2004

Ramtron International Corporation , the leading supplier of nonvolatile ferroelectric semiconductor products, today announced that the company will debut its nonvolatile ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) products at Convergence 2004, Booth #121, from October 18th through 20th at the Cobo Center in Detroit, Michigan. Ramtron will present the latest developments in high-performance FRAM and how FRAM is advancing automotive system designs in airbag controllers, entertainment systems, navigation gear, instrumentation clusters, and electronic data recorders.
