PartsWatch is a comprehensive store management system with built-in Internet connectivity. PartsWatch users get instant on-demand access to real-time information from manufacturers and trading partners. PartsWatch is the automotive aftermarket's only true e-business platform. In addition to its comprehensive in-store functionality, PartsWatch enables users to offer their customers integrated e-Commerce and e-Office capabilities, such as on-line account management.

The new release includes additional cataloguing, pricing, and reporting feature enhancements as well as an improved GUI. The cataloguing feature is more robust and supports additional 3rd party database integration including labor rates and customer look-up. Counter personnel can utilize pricing enhancements including automatic pricing based on customer information, automatic velocity pricing, and automatic price rounding. In addition, the product's pricing feature has expanded to support state, county and city/local taxes as assigned, as well as disposal and other fees. The reporting feature now offers companies more flexibility and includes a new Inventory Redistribution Report based on customer input.
