Goshen Coach Appoints New Vice President, Sales and Marketing

ELKHART, Ind., Aug. 16, 2004 -- Goshen Coach, a division of VSV Group, has appointed John Marshall to the position of vice president, sales and marketing. John will be responsible for all Goshen Coach sales activity including dealer sales, national accounts and international sales. John was formerly director of sales and customer support for the construction division of CASE CNH Global, Racine Wisconsin.

"John brings great experience in sales and marketing, professionalism and the ability to accelerate implementation of Goshen's growth plans," said Mike Gaudiani, President and CEO of VSV Group. "We are excited to have John join the team."

John earned a double major in mechanical engineering and manufacturing from the University of Illinois, and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He will be relocating to the Elkhart, Indiana area with his family.
