Karting USA Retains Vault Financial Services to Secure $10,000,000 Funding for Newest Las Vegas Entertainment Venue

LAS VEGAS, Aug. 16, 2004 -- Karting USA Inc.'s Fastraxx Las Vegas, the newest event center phenomenon to hit Las Vegas, has just retained the services of Vault Financial Services (Pink Sheets: VLFS) to secure funding of $10,000,000 for their first North American location in Las Vegas.
