Bulldog Technologies Appoints Chief Operating Officer
RICHMOND, British Columbia--Aug. 1, 20041, 2004--Bulldog Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:BLLD), a leading provider of wireless cargo security solutions, announced today the addition of James McMillan as Chief Operating Officer.Prior to joining Bulldog Technologies, James was Director of Sales and Marketing for the Land Mobile and Maritime Groups at EMS Technologies' SATCOM division based in Ottawa, Canada. EMS Technologies is a leading innovator and manufacturer of wireless, satellite and defense electronics solutions, with specific focus on broadband and mobile information users. EMS also provides commercial and military customers with critical subsystems and components for terrestrial, airborne and space-based communication, RADAR and electronic warfare systems. EMS employs approximately 1,700 people worldwide.
At EMS, McMillan was primarily responsible for establishing strategic global distribution relationships, and seeking out new vertical markets and applications for EMS' suite of advanced mobile satellite communications products. As Director of Sales and Marketing at EMS, he developed several vertical markets in the land and maritime transportation, public safety and military sectors.
Prior to joining EMS, McMillan spent 11 years at the North American subsidiary of the German company, Stahlgruber, Otto Gruber GmbH & Co, a leading wholesaler of motor vehicle accessories, tolls and workshop equipment. He is an active member of the American Trucking Association (ATA) and the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA).
