Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc., Announces Completion of Payment for World of Outlaws, Inc.

NORMAN, Okla.--Aug. 4, 2004--Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. (OTCBB:BMSR) (Boundless) announced today that it has completed the payment for World of Outlaws, Inc. and the lawsuit between Boundless and Ted Johnson has been settled. As a consequence, Ted Johnson is no longer associated with the World of Outlaws.

Based in Norman, Okla., Boundless is a racing and sports entertainment company. Boundless is currently pursuing the acquisition of dirt motor sports racing sanctioning organizations, promotional organizations and racetracks in the United States.
