Energy & Engine Technology Announces Receipt of Certificate of Occupancy for New Facility

PLANO, Texas, Aug. 4, 2004 -- Energy & Engine Technology Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: EENT) (EENT) announces that the certificate of occupancy for its new leased production facility has been approved by the City of Pompano Beach, and it anticipates that the physical certificate will be issued today. EENT will begin the moving process next week with operations commencing from the new location thereafter. With preexisting inventory and inventory obtained from the recent BMZ acquisition, EENT is poised to commence generator production this month on a moderate scale with the goal of reaching capacity of 100 units per month in the fourth quarter.
