Cash Dividend ... At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 2, 2004, the Board declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share on the Company's common stock. The cash dividend is payable on September 30, 2004, to shareholders of record on September 9, 2004.
