ASA's Meijer 200 to be Broadcast Live Online - Hey Guys TACH can DO VIDEO

PENDLETON, Ind. (July 27, 2004) - The American Speed Association and RSBN.Net have reached an agreement for
the Meijer 200 presented by SK Hand Tool to be broadcast live on the Internet. This ASA National Tour event will
take place Saturday July 31 from Indianapolis Raceway Park, beginning at 9 p.m. Eastern.

To listen to the race, fans can log in to www.rsbn.net and click on the "tune in" link. RSBN.Net currently broadcasts
races for USAC, The All Star Circuit of Champions, NHRA Summit Sport Compacts, All Harley Drag Racing
Association, and some of the racing world's largest special events. RSBN.Net is free to the listener and is on the air
24 hours a day, seven days a week.

"We are very excited about this opportunity to work with the ASA," said Michael Thompson, president of RSBN.Net.
"The ASA represents one of the finest sanctioning organizations in the world of racing. It is a very competitive, fan
friendly and opportunity-based series."

"We are very happy to be positioned to work with the ASA on this event and hopefully many more in the near future,"
said Larry Jobe, vice president of RSBN.Net. This broadcast is a test to check the feasibility of offering this as a
regular feature for fans of the stock car series.

The ASA public address announcers, Rob Albright and Mark Wingler, will integrate their trackside duties into the
RSBN.Net broadcast so fans all over the world will be able to hear what happens on the 0.686-mile Indianapolis
Raceway Park just as it takes place.

"This is going to be an interesting test for the ASA National Tour," said John Clark, ASA executive
director/communications. "Our suspicion is that there are a lot of fans that can't make it to the track and want
to know what's happening. RSBN.Net has a lot of active military personnel that listen in as well so hopefully
this Internet broadcast will help to keep them, and everyone, informed on the action happening at IRP no
matter where in the world they may be on July 31."

The American Speed Association is based in Pendleton, Ind., and has offered stock car racing programs since
1968, including the ASA National Tour, ASA Late Model Series, several regional touring series, and the ASA
Member Track programs. For additional information, visit asaracing.com.
