Johnson Controls Declares Cash Dividend
MILWAUKEE, July 28 -- The Directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.225 on each share of common stock. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2004 to shareholders of record September 10, 2004.
