Accident Prevention Plus Takes Innovative Lead With Next Generation TSTI Interface On-Board Monitoring Systems Product Line

JUPITER, Fla.--July 28, 2004--Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. (OTCBB:ACPL) introduces today its overview of its next generation TSTI Interface On-Board Monitoring Systems product line by presenting some features and benefits.

"We have developed an innovative product line with architecture meeting the latest information technology standards of today's and tomorrow's vehicles. Our exclusive, on-board monitoring system platform is engineered to give unsurpassed intensive computational power, safety and security alerts, as well as product upgrades through add-on modules requiring valuable, detailed operating conditions data feedback, which is critical to a multitude of diverse client base," states Alan Schwartz, President and CEO of Accident Prevention Plus.

The TSTI Interface is based upon the current company products, but now meets universally accepted CAN (Controller Area Network) ISO 11898 protocols, with PC/Laptop connectable TCP/IP implementation and web server capabilities. Conforming to the CAN protocol allows the products to be available for every type of car, truck and coaches manufactured and sold in the United States from 1996 through current models. The aesthetically designed portable basic unit utilizes the automobile's power supply after a simple "direct plug-in" installation, which can be accomplished by non-professionals in less than one minute. The TSTI can be custom designed to specific requirements by using individual operating parameters and upgrades to meet further the needs of fleet management companies as they adapt to a changing world.

Summary of Features and Benefits:

-- Promote safe and efficient driving practices.

-- Provide security for unauthorized operational use of a vehicle.

-- Automatically monitor and record vehicle operational data for accident prevention, driver training, and driver evaluation and maintenance purposes.

-- Reduce the overall cost for maintaining and operating vehicles.

-- Permanently record the behaviors of drivers in order to train them according to their weak points for improving their performance and reducing accidents.

-- Increase the efficiency and life of vehicles by permanently acquiring technical parameters that indicate when and how the vehicles are used.

Here is an example of how it all works. The on-board recorder is plugged into the vehicle where all trip data will be documented. After the driver returns to the point of origin, the portable unit is connected to a PC or laptop with Internet operability. Once the data has been downloaded from the recorder, it is then possible for the user to examine each trip with the robust software suite without the need of special skills or tools.

Parents, individuals and companies will be able to interact with the software via tables, charts and graphs showing "Black Box" situations to retrieve not only the driving conditions but also the driver's actions.

Detailed technical descriptions include:

-- Variations of the vehicle's minimum, average, and maximum speeds for the duration of the entire trip. The software displays resolutions (1 per second) with convenient navigational bar and zoom buttons below the trip's "graphed zone." This allows the user to concentrate on a particular time of the trip by clicking on the available objects to extract detailed trip data such as speed limits that were exceeded and if the driver was alert to the potential problems ahead.

-- Variations of hard/extreme breaking occurrences with auto timestamp. The recorder will show the entire operation of the vehicle for the 60 seconds before and the occurrence and 10 seconds after.

-- Histograms can be utilized easily to view the distance by speed ranges and duration of speed ranges without having to use the more-detailed data graphs.

-- Global Positioning Systems (GPS) are available though the company, which allows parents or management to see exactly where the vehicle was driven with time and date stamps. Real-time GPS functions accessible through the software and the Internet will be forthcoming.

The bottom-line is improved overall confidence, reliability and security with all the ease and flexibility from a state-of-the-art solution. The TSTI Interface monitoring system expands unprecedented technical performance today and paves the way for infinite possibilities in the future.

Alan Schwartz, President and CEO of Accident Prevention Plus states: "The wide array of benefits of this new product, including the prevention of loss of life and property to private, commercial and governmental customers is enormous. After seeing what we have already created, and knowing what we plan to accomplish with this new product in the market, I am very confident we can grow into a profitable company in the high growth, monitoring systems market."

Accident Prevention Plus plans to begin marketing this next generation TSTI Interface product in this present 3rd quarter 2004 through four combined sales outlets and arenas, which are, infomercial sales, retail sales, print media sales and direct/web sales respectively. The company anticipates revenues for the product in these combined arenas to be approximately $787,300 in 3rd Quarter 2004, $1,824,100 in 4th Quarter 2004, $4,621,250 in 1st Quarter 2005 and $10,487,500 in 2nd Quarter 2005. While there can be no assurances that Accident Prevention Plus will hit these sales projections, management feels that with an estimated market size of 1.8 billion vehicles in the United States, our estimated production numbers based on capturing about .0001% of the marketplace, are obtainable targets.
