WHY: Officials from Ford and Gage will be on hand to mark the 20th year of a paint solvent-recovery program. The innovative, closed-loop recycling program has reclaimed more than 38 million gallons of waste materials during the life of the program and has eliminated hundreds of millions of pounds of hazardous landfill material and significantly reduced CO2 emissions at Ford assembly plants.
