SeeBeyond Collaborates with msg systems to Supply Advanced Integration Solutions for Industrial, Automotive and Healthcare Sectors

MUNICH, Germany & MONROVIA, Calif.--July 27, 2004--SeeBeyond , provider of the world's first fully integrated composite application network (ICAN) suite for the deployment of advanced integration and composite application solutions, today announced a collaboration with msg systems, a German-based IT consulting and system integration house, to offer vertically-focused integration solutions for industrial and automotive companies, as well as healthcare services organizations. The two companies currently share several mutual customers including BMW Group and LVR.

As part of the collaboration, the two companies will pool their resources to leverage the proven integration and composite application development technology from SeeBeyond with msg systems' in-depth implementation knowledge and many years of experience across the target industries. As a result, customers will be able to quickly deploy a new generation of composite applications based on a service-oriented architecture and that leverages existing IT investments and supports specific organizational needs.
