AutoXray, Inc. and Actron Manufacturing Settle Legal Suit
TEMPE, Ariz. and CLEVELAND, July 26 -- AutoXray, Inc. and Actron Manufacturing Corporation, makers of automotive diagnostic equipment, jointly announce that they have settled all disputes underlying the lawsuits they filed against each other in federal court in both Ohio and Arizona.

As part of the settlement, Actron has become a licensee of AutoXray's patented scan tool technology. While the terms of the settlement will remain confidential, both sides are mutually satisfied with the agreement.
