CruiseCam LLC Announces Merger Completion

TROY, Mich.--July 22, 2004--CruiseCam(tm) International, Inc. is proud to announce the completion of the merger between Strategic Alliance (Pink Sheets:SGCA) and GRP Inc.

"It has been a long and trying time for existing shareholders during these last few years, however CruiseCam(tm) hopes to brighten their future," stated new CEO of CruiseCam(tm), D. Scott Watkins.

"For starters, CruiseCam(tm) will bring back shareholder value," added CEO Watkins, "by finishing the appraisal of the patent portfolio, and return the company back to trading on the Bulletin Boards. In the meantime, I'm happy to announce that we are busy negotiating new contracts, and hope to say more on that in the near future."
