SPX Service Solutions Acquires Actron Manufacturing

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 22 -- SPX Corporation today announced that it has acquired the assets of Actron Manufacturing Company. Actron, a producer of automotive test equipment and instrumentation utilizing the Actron, KAL-EQUIP, Faze and other brand names, will be integrated into the company's Service Solutions segment. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Actron has annual revenues of approximately $35 million.
