Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure Announces First Profitable Year

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 21 -- The Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure (BULLETIN BOARD: DJRT) announced today that it has achieved yet another significant milestone, its first profitable year. In releasing their guidance for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2004, the company indicated it expects to show a positive annual EBITDA for the first time in the company's history. "We are all very proud of the steady and continued growth and results our company is now achieving. We are equally proud of all our employees, the members of the Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure team that worked together to make this possible," declared Tim Shannon, President.

Along with the company's first profitable year, the company will also show that, once again, their gross margins increased, this time by over 30% from 46% to 60%. "Our original margins were at 27% and by increasing our effectiveness and without any significant price increases we have been able to consistently increase our margins over time. This year once again has proven our business model to be both sound and successful. I am convinced that this achievement is another solid indicator of our future," continued Tim Shannon.

According to Ronda Drummond, Marketing Director at Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure, "So many opportunities exist for us today that were not there just a year ago. This month we will have a feature article in Southern Living's August issue. Two months ago Delta Sky Magazine did an article about us. We fully expect this national exposure to continue as people become more aware of the product we deliver to our guests."
