ArvinMeritor Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

Board of Directors at a meeting held today at corporate headquarters in Troy, Mich., declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents ($0.10) per share on the common stock of ArvinMeritor, Inc., payable Sept. 13, 2004, to shareowners of record at the close of business on Aug. 2, 20043 2004.
