Shell V-Power Team and the Shell Formula One Ferrari Racecar Make a Pit Stop in Portland, Ore., to Promote New Fuel

         Portland-Area Drivers Have Chance to Win Free Gasoline;

  EVENT:         The Shell V-Power Tour is pulling into Portland this week
                 to introduce local drivers to the most advanced Shell fuel
                 ever developed -- new Shell V-Power -- which actively
                 cleans intake valves and fuel injectors while you drive.

                 As part of the Shell V-Power Tour, local residents will
                 have the opportunity to have their picture taken with the
                 Shell Formula One Ferrari racecar and learn more about the
                 benefits of Shell V-Power.  In addition, the Tour will
                 feature:

                    passers-by as they ride around on tricked-out Segway
                    Human Transporters

                    cards, thousands of coupons redeemable for Shell V-Power
