ADS Logistics, LLC (ADS) announced it has expanded functionality of it logistics management system, LoMaS(R) with the recent addition of management tools for motor carriers.
The new functionality provides motor carriers the tools to automate their business process. Functionality includes customer master rate tables; dispatch; a billing system customizable to match the carrier's business rules, as well as credit / debit and re-bill; truck rate database; driver settlements; Comdata interface; safety logs; tracking by driver, unit and trailer; trip lease, EDI, POD, and downloadable reports including margin, revenue, settlements and various performance reports.
LoMaS(R) is a logistics management technology solution providing a 'glass pipeline' to information for all participants of a relevant supply chain, and provides the platform for all supply chain service providers (ocean vessel, barge, truck, rail, stevedore, warehouse and processing) to communicate critical information.
