Asbury Automotive Group Schedules Release of Second Quarter Results and Conference Call

NEW YORK, July 19 -- Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. , one of the largest automotive retail and service companies in the U.S., today announced that it will release its second quarter financial results before the market opens on July 29, 2004. Senior management, including Kenneth B. Gilman, President and CEO, and J. Gordon Smith, Senior Vice President and CFO, will host a conference call later that day, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
