MORRISON, Colo. (July 16, 2004) ­ Persistent rain showers forced the
cancellation of the first day of qualifying for this weekendıs Mopar
Mile-High Nationals at Bandimere Speedway. The NHRA POWERade Drag Racing
Series will resume its regular schedule tomorrow with the Funny Car category
running two sessions at approximately 3:30 and 6:30 p.m., M.D.T.
