Modine's Annual Shareholders' Meeting

Hello, hope all is well with you.

I wanted to personally invite you to Modine's Annual Shareholders' Meeting
on Wednesday July 21st at 9:30am. You'll get a chance to hear how the
company fared in the last year and what the strategies are for the next few
years. 

One big topic will be to update shareholders on the acquisition of ACC in
South Korea. We are expecting to close on that deal in early August. We will
also be releasing our first quarter financial results at this meeting.

So let me know if you will be able to attend. The meeting will be here at
Modine, 1500 DeKoven Avenue, Racine, Wisconsin. If you aren't able to
