Armor Enterprises to secure major manufacturing agreement for electric powered vehicles

SOLANA BEACH, CA, July 14 -- Armor Enterprises Inc. (OTCBB: ARME).

Armor Enterprises Inc. (Armor) announced today that an executive of a strategic partner of Armor met with the Managing Director of Majestic Auto Limited, one of the divisions of The Hero Group Of Companies of India, this week at the Las Vegas Facility. The purpose of the meeting was to structure the final manufacturing agreement, not only for the production and delivery of the test models of the electric powered vehicles supplied to Majestic Auto Limited, but the major production requirements anticipated under the proposed contracts from large dealership orders worldwide.

Part of this manufacturing agreement addresses a 'first right of refusal' to include Majestic Auto Limited in the development engineering and production of all current and future vehicles which can be produced by Majestic Auto Limited in India and adapted to the 'electric propulsion system' for worldwide distribution.

This major manufacturing agreement with Majestic Auto Limited is expected to be completed within the next 10 days and will be transferred to Armor Enterprises Inc. under the terms and conditions specified in the acquisition agreement between Nova Electric Systems Inc. and Armor.
