Bad Toys, Inc. to Acquire Gambler Motorcycle Company, Inc.

KINGSPORT, Tenn.--July 13, 2004--Bad Toys, Inc. (OTCBB:BTOI), a Nevada corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling custom V-Twin motorcycles, custom street rods and provides brokerage service to custom, classic cars, and motorcycle owners, announced it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Gambler Motorcycle Company, Inc.

Bad Toys and Gambler Motorcycle hope to come to a definitive agreement by July 31, 2004 in which Bad Toys expects to acquire 100 percent of Gambler Motorcycle Company, Inc.

Larry Lunan, BTOI's president and chief executive officer stated, "This will be a highly synergistic acquisition as there will be a vertical integration component coupled with the new product line. We are highly please that Gambler will become a member of our family."
