DaimlerChrysler, Great American Country Join with TimeLife Music in Support of America Will Always Stand

DETROIT--July 12, 2004--DaimlerChrysler Remarketing has joined with Great American Country Television, a division of Jones Media Networks, and TimeLife Music in support of spreading the sounds of freedom, patriotism and support of the troops stationed far from home.

The three companies have united together to jointly promote the America Will Always Stand "One Letter" sweepstakes where one lucky writer who pens a letter to service personnel away from home will win a "brand spankin' used" 2004 Dodge Neon SXT, and a chance to record the song with musicians who recorded the TimeLife Music release, "America Will Always Stand."

"I'm honored to be a part of a musical project where the words are so appropriate for today, as they would have been at any time there has been troublesome conflict and a desire to divide the will of the people, here and around the world," said Josh Turner. "Not only is it flattering to be in the same company of the other great artists on the CD, but to be able to sing about history and what makes our country great, is an even more gratifying feeling."

The Wilsons' "One Letter," which is the first single released off of the first ever original music CD from TimeLife Music, is the story of unrequited love for a soldier far from home, written to them by their true love. To tie in with the release DaimlerChrysler has provided the vehicle, upfitted with Genuine Mopar(TM) Parts and Accessories.

"DaimlerChrysler Remarketing is proud to be associated with an initiative that is more than just about promoting cars. It's about promoting freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness," said DCX Remarketing Manager, Robin Cursi. "To have Josh Turner and other stars standing up and being counted, is a calling we could not pass up."
