Ford Declares Third Quarter Dividend

DEARBORN, Mich., July 8 -- The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company today declared a third quarter dividend of 10 cents per share, on the company's Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend paid in the second quarter of 2004.

The third quarter dividend is payable on Sept. 1, 2004 to shareholders of record on July 30, 2004.
