Full Weekend on Tap for Stremme and the TRIMSPA X32 / US*99.5 Dodge at Chicagoland

Joliet, IL (July 6, 2004) – David Stremme will head to Chicago early this
week to appear on Thursday morning’s WUSN Chicago’s US*99.5 morning show with on
air personality Ramblin Ray and TRIMSPA model Mandy Thron. Over the 2004
Busch Series racing season Stremme has developed a relationship with US*99.5, the
largest country radio station in Chicago, and is a frequent guest. In fact the
station’s logo will be carried on the quarter panels of Stremme’s TRIMSPA
X32 Dodge in this weekend’s Twister 300 at Chicagoland Speedway.

“I have gotten to know Ramblin Ray and the whole US*99.5 Bunch through a
weekly call-in I do,” said Stremme, a South Bend, Indiana native. “Those guys are
hilarious and I’m really comfortable on their show. I forget how big it is. It
’s especially cool because Chicago is not far from where I grew up, so I am
starting to get a fan base there.”

In addition to making three live radio appearances, Stremme and US 99*5’s
Ramblin Ray will join other NASCAR personalities in the “Racing the Bases
Celebrity Softball Game” benefiting the Victory Junction Gang. Stremme will team up
with NASCAR drivers Kurt Busch, Kyle Petty, Kyle Busch, and Fellow NBS 24/7
driver Tim Fedewa to compete against media personalities from US 99*5 and NBC.

“I am heading to a batting cage Tuesday night because it has been a long time,
” said Stremme. “But I used to play baseball when I was a kid. I played just
about every sport but football.”

When the focus returns to racing on Saturday, Stremme is looking forward to a
freshly rebuilt TRIMSPA X32 Dodge. Chicagoland will mark the return of
Chassis BR10, affectionately known around the shop as “Stremme’s Favorite Car”,
which has been rebuilt since it wrecked at Dover.

“I drove BR10 to three top-five finishes this year,” said Stremme. “Randy
(Cox) rebuilt this car and now I think it is one of the best we have brought to
the track all season. Really we haven’t had a bad car since Richmond, but I
think this one can take our intermediate track program to the next level.”

Stremme and Team TRIMSPA will take the green this Saturday July 10 for the
Twister 300 Busch Series race at Chicagoland Speedway. The event will be
televised live at 2 p.m. eastern time on NBC and will broadcast nationally at that
same time on radio stations affiliated with Motor Racing Network (MRN) and XM
Satellite Radio Channel 144.
