JOEY SCARALLO LOOKING FOR ANOTHER TOP FIVE AT CLEVELAND

CLEVELAND (June 30, 2004) ­ Joey Scarallo, fresh off his second consecutive
top-five finish at Infineon Raceway is ready to hit the tarmac at Cleveland
as the Motorock Trans-Am Series visits the home of rock and roll for Round 4
of this yearıs championship July 1-2. Scarallo, driver of the No. 06 ROH
Wheels/Group A Autotrend/Toyo Tires Chevrolet Corvette, will make his second
Cleveland Trans-Am start this weekend.

³I am very excited about going to Cleveland again this year,² said Scarallo.
³I havenıt had much luck at Cleveland. Last year we suffered a mechanical
failure that sidelined us early. My teammate, John Baucom, has had success
there and I am hoping to experience some myself this time around.²

Scarallo teamed this year with Baucom Motorsports, which fields the No. 86
Ford Mustang driven by owner/driver Baucom. The Baucom squad is preparing
Scaralloıs car for the 2004 season.

³Teaming with John has proven to be a good move,² said Scarallo. ³I am now
able to focus on my driving while not having the stress of constantly
maintaining my car.²

Scarallo has high hopes going into Cleveland. ³Iıd like to continue our
string of top-five finishes, and I believe this is something I can achieve,²
said Scarallo. ³Iıd really like to win a podium this year too.²

A long-time racer, Scarallo has been in the driverıs seat since he was 11,
racing karts in the Long Island Karting Association, where he won three
championships in 1993.

Scarallo also won championships in the International Karting Federation in
1996, and he recorded three top-ten finishes in the U.S. F2000 where he
finished 14th in series points. He ran a limited schedule in 1997, scoring
11th- and 12th-place finishes in his three starts. Scarallo competed in the
Toyota Atlantic Series in 2000.

The oldest of four siblings, Scarallo, 25, lives in Smithtown, N.Y. Scarallo
manages Autotrend Tire and Wheel Company Inc., his familyıs wheel importing
business in Lindenhurst, N.Y.
