Audi Presents k.d. lang With the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Concert at Chastain Park Amphitheater on July 16 at 8:00 p.m.

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., June 30 -- Audi of America, Inc. is pleased to sponsor Grammy Award-winner k.d. lang as she joins the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra at the Chastain Park Amphitheater on Friday, July, 16 at 8:00 p.m.

k.d. lang will perform an evening of songs spanning her career, including Constant Craving and Miss Chatelaine. In addition, lang will perform works from her forthcoming Hymns of the 49th Parallel which is slated for release on July 27. On the new album, lang interprets songs by her favorite Canadian songwriters -- Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen, Neil Young, Jane Siberry, Ron Sexsmith, and Bruce Cockburn.

"Audi presents k.d. lang" showcases lang's incomparable voice paired with remarkable symphony orchestras in 24 markets across the United States and Canada. Audi proudly supports k.d. lang and applauds her remarkable career achievements. The tour began April 30 and concludes October 17, 2004, in Philadelphia.

This tour marks the first time that multi-Grammy Award-winner k.d. lang has performed live with symphony orchestras, and it is the first time she has engaged corporate sponsorship.
