LOS ANGLES, June 29 -- Pro Sports & Entertainment, Inc. announces the acquisition of the "Concours on Rodeo" vintage automobile show. The Concours on Rodeo takes place annually on Fathers Day and draws over 50,000 spectators. The prestigious Rodeo Drive is closed to traffic once a year and is carpeted for this event, which features over 100 dazzling museum quality vintage automobiles. Live musical entertainment, wonderful food and even a few celebrities drop by. Car enthusiasts Jay Leno, Tim Allen and Nicolas Cage often enter a car in the show. Celebrities, auto aficionados & enthusiasts and children of all ages come to share in the excitement.

The "Concours on Rodeo" has been considered "America's Premier Vintage Automobile Show" and this year's Concours, held on June 20th, was no exception. For 2004, the theme was "50 Years of Ferrari," to commemorate the Ferrari anniversary. A Ferrari representing every year since 1953 to present was on display. This years distinguished corporate sponsors included Rolex, Lladro, Ferrari, Brooks Brothers, Mequires, Geary's of Beverly Hills and Grundy.
The daylong event featured awards in more than 20 classes ranging from the Mequiar's Best Finish award to Best of Show. Each lucky winner takes home a genuine Tiffany & Co. trophy and a Rolex watch.
It is here that the rich & famous do their shopping, and where tourists go to spot movie stars on the famous street. The most celebrated designers in the world have boutiques here: Armani, Prada, Ermenegildo Zegna, Gucci, Christian Dior, Coco Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Valentino, Cartier, Geary's and Tiffany and home to the single most expensive store in the world, Bijan. All create the beautiful back drop for the Concours on Rodeo.

Plans for the future may include joining efforts with other premier events that take place during this week each year which include the Mequiar's Man of the Year Award at the Kodak Center and the annual Petersen Automotive Museum Gala and Automobile Auction.
In addition, each year, the Concours on Rodeo raises money for charity. For the second year, the Amie Karen Cancer Fund for Children was chosen as the beneficiary of this event.
