Texaco/Havoline Racing Fast Facts:

*	Chassis #006: Crew Chief Donnie Wingo and the Texaco/Havoline
team are bringing chassis #006 to compete in the Pepsi 400 at Daytona
International Speedway. This is the same superspeedway car McMurray
competed with in the Daytona 500.

*	McMurray Notes: McMurray heads into Daytona sitting 11th in
NASCAR NEXTEL Cup points, only 82 points out of the NASCAR Top 10. The
Joplin, Mo. native has posted four top-five and nine top-10 finishes
through the first 16 races of the 2004 season. McMurray scored an
impressive second-place finish last weekend on the road course at
Infineon Raceway. McMurray finished 37th last year in his first Pepsi
400.

*	Avoiding "The Wreck": McMurray is looking to avoid the big wreck
this time around at Daytona. McMurray has qualifying efforts of 19th,
eighth and seventh respectively in his three previous NASCAR NEXTEL Cup
Series starts at the track, but has been caught up in wrecks each time
that have relegated him to disappointing finishes.

Jamie McMurray Quotes:

Daytona Thoughts: "We're taking the same car back that we ran in the
Daytona 500 and had a really strong run going until we were caught up in
the big wreck and our day ended early. The guys in the body shop have
worked really hard to give us a great car for this race. We seem to
always run well at Daytona, but have been caught up in other people's
wrecks each time that have ended our chances at victory."

"We're reaching the halfway point in the season and I feel like this
Texaco/Havoline team is really starting to get into a rhythm. We're
coming off a strong second-place finish last weekend in Sonoma, and are
sitting just outside the Top 10 in points for the Chase for the
Championship. Our goal is to leave Daytona inside the NASCAR Top 10."
