Sara Hasson Named Vice President, Automotive Marketing, Univision Television Group
MIAMI--June 29, 2004--Univision Communications , the leading Spanish-language media company in the United States, today announced the appointment of Sara Hasson to the position of Vice President, Automotive Marketing for Univision Television Group. Hasson will work exclusively with national and regional automotive clients and agency personnel providing research, insight and creating marketing solutions. Based in Los Angeles, Hasson will report to Thomas Arnost, Co-President, Univision Television Group."This well deserved promotion reflects the many contributions that Sara has made to the growth of our automotive sales revenues," said Arnost. Hasson started with Univision in 1999 as an Automotive Specialist at the Univision Television Group's flagship station, KMEX-TV in Los Angeles. Based on her automotive expertise and experience, Hasson has been invited by numerous major automotive brands, R.L. Polk, and the National Automobile Dealers Association (N.A.D.A.), to conduct workshops and presentations regarding sales acceleration among the U.S. Spanish speaking population. For 14 years prior to joining Univision, Hasson worked in automotive advertising account management on U.S. national, regional and local levels for both the English and Spanish-language markets and Latin America. Hasson, who is fully bilingual, graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Spanish.
