AutoCom Associates Wins Communicator Award

DETROIT--June 29, 2004--AutoCom Associates, a public relations agency in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., recently received an "Award of Distinction" at the annual Communicator Awards Competition.

The competition attracted more than 3,700 entries from around the world. AutoCom received its award for a press kit created for the 2003 SAE World Congress, held in Detroit Michigan.

The Communicator Awards program, founded by communication professionals, is an international competition honoring excellence in the public relations and communication fields. The "Award of Distinction" is given to agencies or groups that exceed industry expectations in communicating ideas or products.

The kit, created for MANN+HUMMEL, included technical releases about the automotive supplier's new impulse-charging systems, air-cleaning module, oil-separation technology and filtration products. It also included business and financial releases, company background information and executive biographies, as well as a CD containing technical photos and press kit contents.
