Noble International Added to Russell 3000 Index

WARREN, Mich., June 28 -- Noble International, Ltd., ("Noble" or the "Company") has been added to the Russell 3000(R) Index (and Russell 2000(R) Index), effective June 25, 2004. The index is comprised of the 3000 largest companies headquartered in the United States, as measured by market capitalization.
