Armor to jointly develop electric propulsion system

Armor Enterprises Inc. is pleased to announce that the Strategic Partner of Armor has signed an agreement with a North American company holding a patent on a high performance electric powered water pump which can be adapted for use on electric powered water craft. Armor is now in negotiations with this Strategic Partner to jointly develop the adaptation capability of this water pump to electric powered water craft and to receive the 'rights' to use this new technology for application in the Armor/Nova Communications Joint Venture specified in the June 17, 04 and June 23, 04 press releases.
