XM Satellite Radio Driver Bryan Herta
                          Finishes Fourth at Richmond

Richmond , Virginia (June 26, 2004) - XM Satellite Radio driver Bryan
Herta matched his top finishing position of the year with a fourth-place showing in
Saturday night's Indy Racing LeagueŽ IndyCarŽ Series SunTrust Indy Challenge
at Richmond International Raceway.
After starting seventh, Herta found his stride on the three quarter-mile
Virginia State Fairgrounds bullring, never running outside of the top-10 during the
250-lap race.  Solid pit work by the XM Satellite Radio crew allowed Herta to
contend with the leaders until the finish and match his best finish of 2004.
Herta's teammate, Klein Tools/Jim Beam driver Dan Wheldon, earned his
second victory of the year by gambling on fuel strategy.  Vitor Meira finished
second and Helio Castroneves was third. Joining Herta in the top-five was his
AGR teammate, Team 7-Eleven driver Tony Kanaan, who finished fifth.  With his
strong finish, Kanaan maintains a 15-point edge over Wheldon in the
championship standings.
The IndyCar Series now moves to Kansas Speedway, site of Herta's first
IndyCar Series win, for the Kansas Indy 300 on July 4.  The race will take the
green flag at 12:45 p.m. (EDT) and airs live on ABC Sports with coverage
beginning at 12:30 p.m. (EDT).

Bryan Herta, Driver, #7 XM Satellite Radio Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"It was a little crazy out there at times, but that's the way a bullring like this
will be.  It was a great night for the XM Satellite Radio team.  The guys did great
job in the pits and kept us in a place where we could race everyone.  I'm happy
for Dan. He did a great job tonight and the team made a great call."

George Klotz, Team Manager, #7 XM Satellite Radio Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"Bryan drove a great race for us tonight.  It looked really wild out there, but
our crew did a good job in the pits and we worked very hard for the fourth-place
finish.  I can't say enough about this XM Satellite Radio team; they are just
working really well right now."
